Finally broke thru my plateau!

Yes! Ok so Monday I weighed in (133-132.5) and was past it, but usually I end up back at 134-135, Nope! I am now 131.5!!!! And I feel so good about that! :) seriously 2.5 lbs and I’ll be in the 120’s!!!!! So my next weigh in will be Monday a.m, that will give me 5 days to try and loose that weight!and I know I can do it because to be completely honest I havent been to the gym in 4 days! I have been so busy and between my husband and I sharing the car. I have not had a chance! So since I’ll be getting back on track with that tomorrow I’m sure I can get that scale down! Ah so pumped!

And I was in the store yesterday, saw the bathing suits and I wasn’t that scared lol. I actually wanted to try one on!! Even though I still need some major toning of my stomach, I think this summer will be a happy summer :)

Ok so today ended up good…

I weighed in naked at 133-133.5 today the digital scale kept flipping back and forth. So good I’ve been stuff at 134-135.5 

I was so stressed this morning and grabbed a cookie my brother made- which is not like me- but it was funny I ate half of it and gave the other Half to my dad, I just realized I did not want it- totally thought I did but I was so stressed I just couldn’t eat it and it actually disgusted me after.

I had a small handful of almonds after I grabbed nd iced soy latte and chilled the fuck out. And I had 2 cucumber slices with low-fat low carb dip, I wanted more I just couldn’t with the stress. And now for dinner I’m gonna have vegetable broth from a boullin cube-something light that will make me feel full.

It was funny though I jumped on the scale today just for the hell of it like 20 mins ago- clothes on, no shoes and the scaled bounced between 132.5-133! Midday! Lighter! How strange but I’ll take it and I didn’t even get to work out yet!

Good day yet stressed the F out!!

Today was good. Super stressed the fuck out though.

Ate half a grapefruit and a bowl of veggie broth made from a Boullion cube with like a tablespoon of frozen veggies in it. A sugar free energy drink and that was it. I didn’t get to the gym, stupid fucking Sundays. I hate hate HATE Sundays. Can’t wait for the a.m. Even though I know I’m
Not gonna get much sleep.

Weigh in
Gym (which I can’t fuckinh wait to burn this stress off)
Work
Only eating broth again & some sort of fruit or vegetable.

I’m so pissed off right now and there is nothing I can about it Til the a.m. And I wish I could just sleep!!!! Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!

Just chuggin’ along…

Car was in the shop so I couldn’t go to the gym for 3 days! I feel terrible! I need my workout! I was 133 the other day so I hope tht hasn’t changed too much! So tomorrow I’m going for like 3 hours!

I kinda wish I had a friend who was close by so we could go to the gym together, have fasting competitions, and really push each other. But alas my friends don’t know how obsessed I am with getting thin….

Friends are skinnier than you?

I’ve been seeing a lot of these post lately… I too have best friends that are skinnier than me, but one of them I am actually her size now because I’ve been working hard.

But what I want to say is, if you feel like you’re going to the gym and watching what you eat and make healthy choices, you are going to have a healthy, beautiful body Always, Girls who eat whatever they want and don’t go to the gym will end up with a cellulite body. The friend of mine who I’ve caught up to.. I’ve always been jealous of her because she eats nothing but meat and potatoes and fast food (not jealous of her food choices!!!) but she stays thin!!! And then I realized one day when she was in a bathing suit she is nothing but cellulite! (we are in our mid 20s) and so I know that even though it will take me longer to be thin, I will have a nice body my whole life where my friends will not because your metabolism slows down when you get older so keep going not just to have a great body now but so you can be a hot mama when you’re older too!!

AND… Your body WILL change as you get older! Girls you’re body will NOT be the same as when you were 16-18 when you get into your 20s your body is in baby making mode (whether you want children or not) your hips will get wider no matter what, not saying youll accumulate fat on your hips but your bones do shift, which I think adds to a gorgeous female figure. But anyways… Yes we all want to be thin now but I also think about the future a lot, I want to be 40 and have an amazing body not some frumpy mom who’s husband loves her but knows she gave up on her body and so did he, I want to be a fashionista MILF hahaha! And I always want to feel good and I know by doing all of this hard work now and sticking to a good routine and a healthy diet you will always have a gorgeous body :)

I starved myself too when I was 16-18 and I was THIN but you can’t do that forever and I know how hard it is- I really really do- I am 25 now and I gained all that weight back and then some, but now that I’m Being healthier I’ve never felt better! Don’t get me wrong I still have my mental breakdowns, I still have thoughts of eating nothing sometimes, but I fight through it and every year I get better at making myself better, because I know there are other ways of being thin and I know if I do it the healthy way now, I will have a great body always.

Anyhoooo, just a rant. And my ask is always open, anonymous or not I don’t care!

I spent quite some time researching today.

So today was good. I had oatmeal for breakfast with organic blueberries, walnuts and a drizzle of honey on top, Lunch I had a large grapefruit and 3-4 almond rice crackers and for dinner I had sautéed up some broccoli, spinach, onion and carrots. Had lots and lots of water and I didn’t eat after 6pm which I really need to get back into the habit of doing!

Hate Sunday’s cause I literally have no time to get to the gym, but I did arm exercises with weights, crunches and squats so at least I did something! My workouts at the gym have been really good lately so I know I need a day of rest but I hate to break the motivation!

I’m really going to be positive more, Ive been slipping up for no reason, and im really good at being positive if that doesnt sound weird! It’s funny some people want negativity to keep going, but I can’t stand it! And since I’ve been so negative and down on myself lately things aren’t going as well as they were! but past few days I’ve been doing good, (even though slightly frustrated with this little plateau I’ve hit) and thanks to all your suggestions and some research of my own, and by some i mean like HOURS, I’m tweaking my daily routine. And we’ll see how this goes! I was thinking, I had been loathing my weight and the way I was for so long and didn’t do shit about it and since late October I started taking control and now I’m kicking ass at the gym so there’s no way I will be unhappy this summer! I have like 4 months to really keep focused and do what I need to do to wear a bikini and not feel uncomfortable! I’m not sitting around being lazy and eating everything I see. I eat my meals, I pick and choose, and I go to the gym, I will break through this plateau and I will see more results. As long as I’m eating healthy, not over eating and exercising I will be looking foxy this summer.

A few tid bits I found today, thought I’d share.

1.Keep a stack of magazines weighing the same amount you want to lose. When you lose weight remove some magazines from the stack. It will be thinspirational to see that pile slowly start
to get smaller. Use fashion magazines so that they also can inspire you as you remove as you lose
.
2. Eat on a blue or black plate. Dark colors usually make you feel fuller, faster. Better yet, eat on small dark plates.

3. Freeze your foods. I freeze fruits and yogurts and flavored ice cubes. Frozen yogurts take forever to eat so you feel occupied longer. (I personally LOVE frozen grapes!)

4. Write down your goal weights and pair it with a reward not clothes or food though. Save the clothes for your UGW. Set goals for every 7-10lbs, rewards can be jewlery, nail polish, whitening strips, things that will make you look and feel good! Have a “reward” jar save up change (it goes a long way!) throw in dollar bills whenever you can so you can treat yourself to something nice, you deserve it!

….anyone?

Tips? Tricks? Anyone? I feel bad, I’ve asked in my last 2 post for suggestions and I only got 2 lovely ladies who responded! (1 per post) And I absolutely appreciate those 2 comments but they both said go to the gym at least 1/2 hour everyday, which doesn’t help me much because I do that, some days I do 45-50 mins, except Sundays my schedule does not allow me anytime, but I make sure to do crunches & jumping jacks. Also one suggested a vegetarian or even vegan diet which I already stick to a mainly vegan diet, I cheat when it’s inconvenient, but it’s never like a a huge steak or pasta smothered in a cheese/dairy sauce. It’s like, fish or a sprinkle of cheese here or there if put on my plate by accident. I usually eat a grapefruit in the am, if not a mid afternoon snack. I always have a breakfast because I believe breakfast is most important to get your metabolism off right- usually a 130-180cal bowl of cereal or a kashi cruch granola bars which is 170cals and as of yesterday I am going to try my best everyday to replace Lunch (or dinner if need be) with a fruit salad.

I’m doing good and I’m proud of the weight I have lost already, but I’m only about 8-10lbs away from my UGW and I really need some ideas.

What gives you results?
What makes you feel good?
I want the nitty grittys, even if You think it’s fucked up.

Alright.

So today was good for eating. Sunday is the only day I can’t go to the gym, so aside from that it was good. I had a small bowl of organic cereal with rice milk, lunch I sautéed up zucchini, summer squash, fresh spinach, onions and garlic. And then for dinner I had a fruit salad with a liiiittttle drizzle
Of honey. And I’ve had just about 3 liters of water.

Tomorrow morning I’m heading to the gym, thank goodness! I’ve been dying without it! I usually either do 30-40 mins of cardio I’m gonna do 50 to an hour. And I need to work on my abs more. My legs are good- almost have a thigh gap (!) and my arms aren’t bad, oh and I need to work out my back. But Anyhoooo,

I want to loose at least 10lbs by Vday, so I got a month and that’s totally doable and that would bring me to my first UGW (might want to loose 5 more depending on how I look)

But its weird I was doing so good with weight loss it’s almost like a hit a plateau so soon! I stick to mainly vegetarian/vegan diet. I go to the gym 5, usually 6 days of week and watch what I eat.

Any tips or tricks for me? Anything! Healthy, unhealthy, pills, organic, anything! I could really use some advice! :) thanks!
